Meyer serves as an Advisor for David Smith, Executive Director of the SCC Advisory Committee. Mr. Rosen is Editor of the Delivery System Handbook for Personal Care and Cosmetic Products and Editor-in-Chief of Harry’s Cosmeticology, 9th Edition.

Dr. Nava Dayan is an independent consultant with 24 years of experience in variety of aspects of skin care; offering a wide range of services for the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Personal Care, Research Entities, Regulatory Agencies and Academic Institutions. 

Service focus on innovation, bridging technology to industry, identifying paths in product development, efficacy claims, safety assessment, skin absorption, increased efficacy and strategies to attenuate adverse effects.

Major strengths include: skin aging, skin inflammatory disorders, delivery systems for enlargement of therapeutic index, natural ingredients and formulations, skin’s innate immunity and barrier integrity, biochemical paths analysis, skin research of toxicological endpoint and their assessment.

Dr. Dayan holds a bachelor degree in Pharmaceutics, masters in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology and Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics. All degrees were obtained from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
